During the meeting, the following items were discussed:
The Grand Lodge meeting will be Saturday, June 25th, at the Mongolian Grill and will start around 10 AM and shouldn’t go any later than 3 PM. Supreme Lodge Council Member Don Stamm will be in attendance. The registration cost for the Grand Lodge Meeting will be $25 including the meal.
Brother Robert Steen reported on the Memorial Service will be held at Veterans Park on May 30th at 11 AM. Brother Dan Richardson asks that all available Lodge Brothers attend to represent our lodge. The Memorial Service will be held in Florence Coliseum at Veteran’s Park in case of inclement weather. The following Brothers will take part in the Memorial Service.

Former Brother General Jim Noles is an honored guest and speaker
Brother Colonel Ed Yeilding is an honored guest
Brothers Randy and Tommy Chapin are responsible for maintaining the Veterans Park Memorial Gardens where the event will take place
Brothers Hermon Graham and Steve Edwards couldn’t be present due to doctor’s appointments.
Brother Ed Yeilding told the group that his younger sister wasn’t doing well, and he was concerned for her health. Please keep Ed and his sister, as well as her family, in your prayers.
The next lodge meeting will be on Monday, June 13th.

A special thanks to Brother Harry for recording the meeting minutes and to Brother Dan Richardson for conducting the meeting. It should be noted that the by-laws of the Supreme Lodge allow small lodges to conduct official business when five or more members in good standing are present. So this meeting should be considered official even though no votes were taken.
