During the meeting, the following items were discussed:

  1. Brother Rob welcomed our Guest, Matthew Edwards. Brother Steve reintroduced Matthew as his Grandson and shared with the group that he was living back home with his grandparents and mother. 

  2. Brother Leslie updated the membership on his proposed diversionary youth program by saying that things were progressing and that he was waiting on the other partners to put together a video explaining the program.

  3. Prospective members are interested in starting new lodges in Gaston and Birmingham. 

  4. Various lodge members are reaching out to prospective members.

  5. Brother Steen reminded everyone about the Veterans Day program at Veteran’s Park in Florence on November 11, starting at 11 AM. All members are encouraged to attend. 

  6. The next Lodge meeting will be held on Monday, October 10th, 2022, at the usual meeting place, starting with lunch at 11:30 AM and followed by the KOP business meeting at noon.
